Cookie Policy

Ønskeskyen – COOKIE POLICY What is a cookie? A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. A cookie is not a program and cannot contain harmful programs or viruses. Cookies help us make the website work properly and improve your user experience. Some cookies are necessary, while others are only used if you give your consent. Consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies We only place cookies on your device after you have chosen which types of cookies you allow us to use. It is entirely voluntary which cookies you choose to accept. However, please note that our website may not function optimally if you choose not to accept cookies. Certain services and functions may be unavailable because they require cookies to remember your preferences. Cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. The first time you visit our website, you will be asked for your consent to our use of cookies for the purpose of collecting statistics and remembering user preferences. We display this message across all our websites to clearly indicate our use of cookies. Cookies also help us gain insight into your visit to the website so that we can continuously optimize and tailor it to your needs. For example, cookies remember whether you are logged in. Ønskeskyen uses different types of cookies: Necessary, Functional, Statistical, and Marketing cookies. You can choose which categories you wish to accept. Third-party cookies Our website uses third-party cookies from Facebook and Google. These cookies are used by Facebook to identify Facebook users and to provide Facebook login functionality. We also use cookies from Google to track and analyze website performance. In addition, we participate in the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). When you consent to marketing cookies on our website, your consent signal is shared with the advertising vendors participating in the framework, registered in IAB Europe's Global Vendor List, so that they can process data about your visit for advertising purposes within the scope of your consent. You can see and manage which vendors you have consented to directly in the consent banner, under the vendor list, or via the 'Change your consent' link. How long are cookies stored? The storage period for a given cookie varies depending on its purpose. A cookie’s lifespan is calculated from your most recent visit to the website. Once a cookie expires, it is automatically deleted. The lifespan of each cookie is listed in our Cookie Declaration. Cookies and consent in the Ønskeskyen app The information above concerns cookies and similar technologies on our website. In our app, we use comparable tracking technologies for functional, statistical, and marketing purposes. Consent to these technologies in the app is collected and managed through Usercentrics, a separate consent management platform from the one used on our website, CookieBot. Like CookieBot, Usercentrics is certified under the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework, which means your consent in the app may similarly be shared with advertising vendors registered in IAB Europe's Global Vendor List. Your consent choices in the app are separate from your consent choices on our website, and you must manage each independently. You can view and change your consent for the app at any time under the app's settings. When you navigate from the Platform to a webshop, for example via 'Go to Store' or a similar product link, the webshop opens within an integrated in app browser rather than your phone's default browser. This function uses a click ID and session identifier to document and settle sales commission for purchases made through the Platform. The integrated browser does not insert its own tracking technology on the webshop shown and does not record keystrokes, form entries or other behaviour on the merchant's website. This processing is based on your consent, obtained and managed through Usercentrics in the same way as the app's other tracking technologies. You can read more about this processing in our privacy policy, Section 3.1.14. How to reject or delete cookies You can always change your cookie consent - either for first-party (our) cookies or for third-party cookies - by adjusting your browser settings on your computer, tablet, or phone. The location of these settings depends on which browser you are using. Please note that if you block all third-party cookies, some website functions and services may not work, as they depend on cookies. Deleting cookies Cookies that you have previously accepted can be deleted at any time. How you delete them depends on the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and the device (mobile, tablet, PC, Mac) you are using. This is usually found under Settings → Security and Privacy, though it may vary between browsers. Choose your device/browser for specific instructions: · Internet Explorer · Mozilla Firefox · Google Chrome · Opera · Safari · Flash cookies (alle browsere) · iPhone, iPad og andet fra Apple · Telefoner med Android styresystem · Telefoner med Windows Changing your consent You can change your consent either by deleting cookies in your browser or by adjusting your original choice via the link below: Change your consent by clicking here. Please remember: If you use multiple browsers, you must delete cookies in each one. Questions? If you have any comments or questions regarding our cookie information and/or the processing of personal data, you are welcome to contact us at kontakt@onskeskyen.dk.
